We will be performing network maintenance on Sunday, October 3rd, 2010 between 2am and 5am CDT(08:00 - 11:00 GMT). This interruption should last no longer than five to ten minutes.
We will be performing network rack switch maintenance on Wednesday, September 15, 2010 between 11PM and 11:59PM CDT(05:00 - 05:59 GMT). During this maintenance window, there may be one or more brief interruptions while network traffic is rerouted. We expect overall client impact to be minimal.

New and existing clients registering a domain can select it from the drop down menu through the sign up process. If your domain is up for renewal, it will be automatically added and can be used at any time.

Following on from our previous post, the LiteSpeed web server migration is now complete and has been installed on all our servers. Enjoy!
LiteSpeed web server has now been installed on our Hendrix server and will soon be installed on all remaining servers over the next few days. We have noticed significant performance increases in speed and with PHP while using a lot less server resources. cPanel has released an update today to fix the recent exploit with Horde Webmail. We are currently in the process of enabling Horde on all servers.
cPanel has recently confirmed today there is a root exploit that the effects all current installations of Horde in cPanel. There is no fix available at the current time. cPanel recommends disabling Horde until they have fixed the problem. We are in the process of disabling Horde on all servers.
RoundCube Webmail has been installed on all servers, RoundCube offers a great looking user-friendly interface alongside “spell checking, message and contact list search, multiple sender identities, multi-language support, built-in caching for accelerated mailbox access” and custom message folders.
