We are now offering Free SSL certificates with installation on any Web Hosting or Reseller package. To to install a SSL certificate, a Dedicated I.P is required at an additional cost of $2.00 per month. Existing customers with dedicated I.P’s also qualify. New orders will automatically have an SSL certificate assigned, to get started please contact our support department.

Free Whois Protection

Starting immediately with all new domain orders and renewals (excluding .co.uk), we are giving free Whois protection, previously $10.00 per year.

By law you are required to provide accurate information for your domains and this prevents people from gaining access to your address, phone number and email using Whois.

New and existing clients registering a domain can select it from the drop down menu through the sign up process. If your domain is up for renewal, it will be automatically added and can be used at any time.

Installatron Hosting

After a surge of requests, we are now offering Installatron with all our web hosting and reseller hosting packages. Available and installed on most servers and also avaliable upon request. Installatron is an auto script installer with a variety of scripts very similar to Fantastico. Arguably better or worse (think MAC vs PC), you now have the best of both worlds avaliable to you free of charge. So If you have previous experience with Installatron and would like to use it, send us a support ticket!

Following on from our previous post, the LiteSpeed web server migration is now complete and has been installed on all our servers. Enjoy!

LiteSpeed now installed

LiteSpeed web server has now been installed on our Hendrix server and will soon be installed on all remaining servers over the next few days. We have noticed significant performance increases in speed and with PHP while using a lot less server resources. There will be no downtime while we make the switch and we hope you enjoy the speed increase coming your way. If you have any problems at all please let us know.

Our new support system is now live and is accessible through the Client interface, all tickets created through our support section will also be viewable through the client interface, no login required!

A new site, affiliate program and now a new Billing system! Nothing but the best for our clients.

We have been working hard the past couple of days to get this new billing system online. The new billing system offers a cleaner, better interface, an easier way to order additional add-ons or hosting packages and most importantly, better communication with you!

In addition to our RSS feed and Announcements, We will be soon implementing a support system that will be accessible and usable through the Billing interface.
